Dashboard Designer

The Dashboard Designer is a tool for creating custom dashboards and making them available in visual energy. It is not part of a local visual energy installation, but is hosted online. The client browser requires access to the internet.

However, the dashboards themselves are not saved in the Designer, but in the evaluation folders within your project. All included elements, graphics, references and scripts are packaged and compressed.

Dashboard viewers do not need an online connection to the Dashboard Designer at any time.

NOTICE

To be able to create a dashboard for your project using the Designer, you need to have access to both the visual energy project and the online Dashboard Designer at the same time.

Your browser transmits project information in the background. For example, lists of objects such as locations or metering points for which the logged-in user has permission.
