Installing the visual energy Mobile Client

visual energy Mobile is a PWA (Progressive Web App) and can be used on all major operating systems, such as Android, iOS and Windows. The browser already installed on the device is used to display and run the application. In this respect, the functionality may also depend on this browser, among other things.

The HTTPS protocol is mandatory for communication between a PWA web client and a web server.

It is therefore essential to set up visual energy accordingly and secure it with a valid SSL certificate.

Installation on a mobile device

PWA applications are essentially websites and therefore do not require any special installation or download from a specific app store. One of the strengths of PWAs is that they always deliver the best possible experience, based on the screen on which they are displayed and the capabilities of the browser on which they are running. For this reason, a browser compatible with the PWA web standard is also required. We recommend checking compatibility in advance via an online check.

There are two ways to install it:

  1. Log in to visual energy using your mobile device.
  2. Open your user profile.
  3. Click on the QR code.

or:

  1. Log in to visual energy using your PC.
  2. Open your user profile.
  3. Scan the QR code using your mobile device.

Provided the mobile device supports this feature, the website can be added to the home screen. Then all you need to do is click on the icon to open the app.
