Documents |
A wide range of documents is required for energy management in accordance with the DIN ISO 50001–50015 series of standards. Anything that is defined or evaluated in any form is usually also documented. visual energy enables the central storage and management of electronic documents. This includes documents that are generated externally and, for example, saved manually via upload, as well as reports that are generated automatically by visual energy itself. Almost all standard image, text and Office file formats are supported.
The freely definable folders provide a central, shared storage location which authorised staff can then access.
An overview of the key features of documents:
- Documents can be organised into custom folder structures.
- Charts and reports can be created and edited in folders.
- Workflows can save their outputs – such as PDFs, CSV files, etc. – in document folders.
- Specific permissions can be assigned to each folder (these apply to all elements within the folder).
Supported file formats:
- Office file formats: XLS, XLSX, RTF, DOC, DOCX, TXT
- Image formats: BMP, PNG, JPG, GIF, ICO, SVG
- Archive formats: ZIP
