Cost calculation
For a technical measured variable of a metering point, the monetary amount is calculated and the result is stored as a monetary measured variable with the corresponding OBIS code. Both fixed and dynamic cost models are supported.

What is meant by a fixed or dynamic cost model?
Fixed: Fixed price per period
Variable: Dynamic price per period |
Example: electricity:
Cost model 1 (fixed)
A fixed monetary amount, rather than variable market prices, is used to calculate the costs. This can be specified in the “Costs” workflow parameter. The calculated costs are stored in the OBIS identifier with channel 143.
In future, instead of specifying the fixed price individually in the workflow parameter, it is intended to be stored automatically in channel 147.
Cost model 2 (variable)
If a dynamic price is made available cyclically in channel 148 by the Import market price workflow, the workflow can write the resulting costs to channel 144.
The calculation can be carried out for all load profile and feed rate data of all media for which a target OBIS identifier (OBIS-B = 143 or OBIS-B = 144) has been defined. Optionally, a trigger can be executed after completion.
Parameters

|
Time span | Defines how the time span of the action is determined.
|
Completion trigger | Trigger – Specifies the trigger that is executed once the workflow has finished. |
