User profile

In the user profile, the logged-in user can edit their details and settings. The user profile can be opened by clicking on the button and selecting the menu option “View profile” that appears.

Profile	The user profile includes the username, email address and telephone number. The username must be unique across the system.
Password	This feature is only available with the Web Forms authentication model. Users can reset their password here.
Settings	Language	Select the display language. English and German are currently available.
	Topic	Select the display theme. At present, you can choose between a light and a dark theme.
Meter reading confirmation
Excel token	Here, a user token can be displayed, copied or regenerated.
Connected applications	This is where you can view the applications or services that are actually accessing visual energy data using the user token.
