OBIS-A / System medium

For the consistent processing and organisation of measured variables, visual energy provides the “Medium” object. This enables a clear processing logic for individual measured variables and provides an organisational permission level at location level (users can be granted permission for one medium while being denied permission for another).

In visual energy, the basic media are based on the OBIS-A media specified in the standard. These media are defined as fixed system media.
