A distribution is a key element of the visual energy philosophy. Creating distributions and assigning metering points provide the following advantages:
- Organisation of balancing groups and calculation of structural data.
- Prerequisite for allocation objects
- Plausibility checking based on the supply structure
- Visualisation and display of online values
Create a distribution
- In the “Data Collection” section, first select a location and then a location medium.
- You can create a distribution using the
button.
Required permissions
| To view distributions, the “Distributions” medium permission with “Read” access is required. To create or edit a distribution, the “Distributions” medium permission with “Edit” access is required. To delete a distribution, the “Distributions” medium permission with “Full” access is required. |
Properties
Name/Designation/Title | A meaningful text entry. The designation is used for identification and search purposes and can be changed at any time. |
Row | Number – Used to position the distribution within the overall diagram. |
Column | Number – Used to position the distribution within the overall diagram. |
Selection – Once folders have been created, they can be selected here. The current object will then be saved in the specified folder. If no folder is specified, the root element is used. | |
